OSSC Upscaler v1.7
 
This is a universal upscaler. Just plug in a RGB SCART to the input and this will upscale the signal to HDMI. Works with any retro console, NES (rgb upgraded), SNES, n64 (rgb upgraded), Gamecube, Wii, Master System, Megadrive, Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast PS1, PS2 etc.
 
This is version 1.7 which is a confirmed stable release.
